Long Island Senior Softball Association

The Long Island Senior Softball Association (LISSA) is an over 60 softball league. We currently have 19 teams throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties (NY). Our season begins April 28th and ends August 30th followed by double elimination Divisional tournaments. We play double headers on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings. We also have an over 68 group (Division V) which has 6 teams playing double headers on Monday and Wednesday mornings at Baldwin park.
